Temporary opening times
We will be available to help with your enquiries;
8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday only
we will not be open on Saturday mornings or Bank Holidays.
What's available?
We are still facing some supply issues resulting from the
global pandemic, but our stock levels are good at present and
will hopefully continue to improve.
Taking payment
Non stock items must be paid for at the time of ordering
Bank Transfer - We would prefer payment by BACS.
Card payment - we can arrange to call you to take payment over the phone.
Cash - we can collect on delivery with no contact.
Arranging delivery to your home
Once payment has been agreed, we will arrange a mutually convenient time
to deliver your order.
Delivery slots
Delivery slots are;
Monday-Friday
Mornings; 8-10am or 10-12
Afternoons; 1-3pm
Deliveries are strictly no contact,
and social distancing rules must be followed.
Our delivery charge is for a kerbside delivery, however,
we will place your items where agreed, on your drive or front garden.
We can not carry your items further or take your items
to the rear of your property.
Collections
Your orders may be collected but this must be pre-arranged.
We would prefer all collections to be paid for at the time of ordering.
A receipt will be given upon collection.

Please wait at the gates to be served.
If your order is small we will bring it to you at the gates.
If your order is large, you will be allowed entry and our team will load this for you.

Installation requests
Requests for a quotation will be confirmed
and we will contact you to make an appointment.
Please bear with us, we do have a backlog.
